Registration hamper competition terms and conditions

By entering this competition, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Competition opens at 00:01 UK time on the first day of each month and all entries must be received by no later than 23:59 UK time on the last day of that month.
This competition is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
To enter entrants must register for baby-and-you.co.uk at https://join.baby-and-you.co.uk/new-mum-hamper. Entrants must complete the registration form in full and submit it via the website.
Only one entry per person.
Promotional materials relating to the competition, including all information on how to enter also form part of these terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such Promotion materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions take precedence.
No third-party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. Any ineligible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
There will be one winner per month.
The winner will be selected at random and notified by email, by letter or by phone (at baby-and-you.co.uk's discretion) within 14 days of the closing date of the competition.
Winners have 7 days to claim their prize and confirm the delivery address. If they fail to do so, the prize will be forfeit and an alternative winner will be chosen.
Prizes will be despatched within 30 days of the winner’s acceptance and delivery address confirmation.

baby-and-you.co.uk reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment.
baby-and-you.co.uk's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The surname and county of the prize winner will be made available upon request by emailing info@baby-and-you.co.uk 14 days from the closing date of each monthly draw.
baby-and-you.co.uk reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
If any clause or provision of these Club Terms is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
These Club Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
